As I mentioned last Sunday, yesterday a lecturer organised a visit to Valletta for our group. I must say it was simply great - we had a great time and I learned a lot of facts related to history which I never knew before. Also for the first time I noticed certain details in buildings [...]
0 commentsI’m really looking forward to tomorrow, since we are going to have a very interesting morning.
One of our lecturers has organised this activity, which is meant to help us with our dissertations and with our Public Policy studies.
He is going to take us on a tour of Valletta - but a tour with a difference [...]
Yesterday I went to Gozo for a few hours in the afternoon. Left home at around 4pm, got the 4.30pm ferry and arrived at Gozo at around 5pm. We only stayed there for a couple of hours, since we got the 8.45pm ferry back to Malta. Very short trip but worth it

This reminds me of the “school outings” we used to have during secondary school, which was around 5 years ago. I remember [...]
Early this morning I headed down to Valletta. Now, I must admit that I don’t usually like Carnival time although I feel really sorry for those people who work really hard all year long to prepare for these few days of fun and then the weather ruins everything.
However, after an absence of some years (around [...]
Christmas was spent as usual this year. Started the day (or night) with midnight mass at Selmun chapel in Mellieha. I couldn’t sleep before 3am but still managed to get up quite early.
Went to grandparent’s house later in the morning for Christmas lunch. This is a tradition which has been going on for years. All [...]
