What a relief! Yesterday I finally submitted my dissertation I’m so glad this is over..that was the last thing I had to do before formally finishing the course! Now it’s only less than 2 weeks and the results will be published..I can’t wait! I hope the hard work has paid off…

Due to yesterday being a public holiday, this has been a very long weekend for me. I won’t be back at uni until next Wednesday!

The past couple of days I’ve been working hard on summarising the dissertation, which was over 23, 000 words. I have now managed to reduce it to just over 20, 000 words..not much progress unfortunately, but every word counts!! This afternoon I received feedback from my supervisor, and I’m very pleased to report that apart from the word count, there are no major issues to amend He has also given me some hints on how to minimise the wordcount, so I should be working on it on Friday, since tomorrow I’ve got lectures. [...]

I just managed to finish the draft of the dissertation I feel so relieved!
Basically I gave up on including all the issues which I had initially planned on discussing, since I’m well over the word count limit! In fact, at over 24, 000 words, it’s double the requested amount, and the biggest problem [...]

Another Monday…another busy week!
I hope you all had a great weekend! I tried to take it easy this weekend, but I’ll make up for it this week since I really have to work hard on uni work.

This evening I continued some work on the dissertation for the last time before I go abroad. I did some proof-reading of the document and sent the latest version to my tutor. 2 weeks break from writing, and I shall continue working on it as soon as I come back!
