Yesterday I finally managed to get out of work on time, at 1.30pm, so I was able to watch parts of the Beijing Games opening ceremony. The performances were simply amazing and breathtaking and very colourful indeed! I cannot imagine how long it took to prepare for that ceremony, and how many people were involved!
