Some time ago I heard about payday loans, and from what I could understand, these pay day loans are paid back by debiting the payment from the debit card on pay day for the agreed amount. Basically the advantage of pay day loans is that they give financial freedom, especially in times of emergency, when something unexpected crops up and money is needed, such as when unexpected bills need to be paid or something gets broken and needs replacing quickly, for example.
More and more people are resorting to choosing this option to get loans quickly and within a short period of time. But is it the right thing to do? One has to be careful not to become dependent on such loans, and only resort to using them in cases of emergency if possible. Obviously every individual has his or her own individual financial situation, thus it is important for them to decide which financial option is best for them.
What do you think about pay day loans? Are they an answer in times of financial emergencies? Or are they leading more people into debt and more repayments?
