Yesterday I mentioned a couple of websites of financial businesses (based outside Malta) which offer comparisons for various financial services, such as credit cards and loans (home loans, personal loans, vehicle loans) amongst others. As I already mentioned, the advantage is that you can compare before getting a deal. Apart from such financial services mentioned above, it would be handy to get comparisons for insurance deals, since it is a service which is needed by whoever owns a vehicle. It would also be more convenient if one could get a quote online, such as this HGV Insurance.
I’ve been paying for insurance ever since I got my car when I was 18 – it’s been already 5 years, since 2003! At first, my insurance used to cost me a lot of money, but then every year it goes down, so now I pay a reasonable price for my insurance. However one of the disadvantages is that due to our system here, my car, which has a number plate starting with L, has to be paid by the end of December. Obviously this is the worst month to pay insurance, since in December I have to buy gifts and go out more since I have more occasions to attend to! But I always try to keep apart the amount due at least a month before, so that then I find it ready and not have to worry about not having enough money to pay for it!
