I like to have matching accessories depending on what I’m wearing whenever possible The positive thing is that there are so many accessory shops, and they have a large variety to choose from, and the best thing is that they are sold at good prices as well!
When it comes to jewelry, at times maybe you see a piece of jewelry somewhere, or you have something in mind, and it is difficult to try and find something similar. Or maybe you would like to have a unique piece of jewelry, or a matching set of ring, bracelet, necklace and earrings for a special occasion, such as a wedding. I always thought that it would be great if one could find somewhere where you can design jewelry and have them custom made.
Today I got to know about a website of a custom design jeweler, known as ‘you design, we create’. As their domain name suggests, the customer designs the jewelry s/he would like to have and they make it according to the way the customer wants it. They have various sections in their site, including some tips on how to design jewelry. I also came across an interesting section which includes a number of examples from the work they have done in the past. It was interesting to see the original ideas other might have, or the reasons why they chose that particular design. Obviously I wouldn’t do it for any piece of jewelry, but maybe for something special I would consider it. But then there are people who prefer to be unique and have custom jewelry made according to their requirements.
