Have you ever considered applying for a scholarship? Last year there was a time when I was considering applying for one, but then due to circumstances I didn’t take it any further. From what I’ve heard, usually scholarships are very competitive, especially financial aid scholarships, so it’s really difficult to get accepted. In one of the classes I attend at uni, there is an Italian student who managed to get a scholarship so she’s in Malta for this scholastic year. Last time she was telling us about her university in Milan, how she managed to get the scholarship and all about the long process from application stage until she got accepted. She said she considers herself lucky to be able to be here in Malta on this scholarship since so many people applied and didn’t get accepted. It was interesting to hear about her experience.
