Some time ago I had mentioned in one of my posts some tips about fundraising. Recently I got to know about this initiative in America, known as Schoolpop, which helps in fundraising for schools. Unlike typical school fundraisers, students aren’t required to sell products or find people to support them. Instead, financial support comes from people doing their normal, everyday shopping. Schoolpop has developed a program designed to help people easily support their favorite school or student as they make everyday purchases. By partnering with a number of merchants and service providers, including big names such as Walmart and Amazon, school fundraising supporters can shop at their favorite stores and a portion of the proceeds goes to the school of their choice. Interesting concept.
