Yesterday I was preparing some notes which I will be studying for the HR exam, and one of the topics which I was doing was family business and entrepreneurship. I was reading somewhere that crafts and small businesses employ more than 53% of the EU workforce. I was trying to come out with a SWOT analysis for small businesses, and I believe that one of the major problems for them is financing, so I think more should be done with regards to small business financing, since entrepreneurs with a vision should be given a chance to develop their creative ideas.
