Some time ago I was discussing with a friend of mine the property market and we were talking about what an advantage those who have or are able to buy some land have. They can actually build their home in their own way – the way they want it and the style they like. It’s much better than trying to go round visiting endless houses or apartments in the market, trying to find the right one. It would be much better to be able to have a home built according to one’s needs and tastes, by discussing one’s home plans with an architect who can guide the owners on what best could be done to make the most of the plot of land they have.
