Some time ago I had mentioned mystery shopping in one of my posts. I had discusses what is mystery shopping and how it is used as a marketing tool by companies who are trying to measure the quality of retail service given to customers.
Last time I only mentioned what mystery shopping involves and the advantages it poses to companies who make use of this tool. However, on the other hand, mystery shopping can also be taken up as a job to get some extra money. Nowadays there are various companies who recruit mystery shoppers to help them with their mystery shopping service. It could easily be a way to earn and save some extra money!
