Today was a long day and I feel exhausted! We spent all day going from one shop to another to find a Christmas present for my boyfriend, but at the end of the day I managed to buy him a couple of things which he needed. First we went to Birkirkara and then we went to Valletta. Well..knowing my luck by the time we got to the Park and Ride in Floriana it was raining. I had my hair done this week so I didn’t want to spoil it but at least I had an umbrella. Obviously after we had finished going round shops in Valletta and we got back to our car in Floriana it had stopped raining and the sun was out!
In the afternoon I went to University to try and print an ebook (Nineteen Eighty Four - George Orwell), which I need to read as part of the research for my dissertation. Unfortunately the computer labs were already closed at 2pm this afternoon! So I have to go and try printing it again some time next week or the week after.
Anyway after a long day driving and going round shops I am glad that I managed to buy his presents - now I can say that all gifts are ready since I had bought the rest of the gifts earlier last month online. It’s been a long time since I last spent the whole day out shopping!
