The Kite Runner - the movie

Back in 2nd year, two years ago, one of our lecturers had given us an assignment where we had to choose a book from a list he had given us, and analyse it. One of the books was The Kite Runner, although I had not chosen it ( I had read Anil’s Ghost - Michael Ondaatje). This weekend I came across an article saying that a film based on this story of The Kite Runner will be released soon.

    Hi! I haven’t read that book yet but I have heard it is pretty good. I also saw the cover of the new edition and it mentions that they have either produced the film already or they are going to do so. I don’t remember. In any case, I look forward to it.

    It’s one of the books I’ve been wanting to read for a long time! Probably I will end up watching the movie before I read the book :)

    I have read the book and I thoroughly recommend it! It’s a very moving, powerful book.
