This product, also known as sales configurator software, increases revenues and reduces costs by instantaneously translating customers’ unique product requests into quotations, sales drawings, bills of material and routings amongst others. The web-based Product Configurator reduces the time it takes to go from a customer’s initial request for a quote to when the product is actually shipped.
If the software used by the company helps in decreasing costs and improving customer service, amongst many others, it will increase revenues, thus helping the company become more successful in its operations.
