Performance Management in the Public Service
posted by kry in public policy & policy making, universityFinally yesterday I managed to finish my part for a group assignment and presentation we have at uni next week. I had to write about the history of Performance Management in the Public Service in Malta, as well as some information on Performance Management and how to design a good Performance Management System.
At least I already had some information about the history from last year, since I had already done some research about it in another credit. Actually it was interesting to analyse the recommendations of the Public Service Reform Commission as well as how the system was introduced and implemented in the Public Service in Malta .
