According to Googlemaps, to travel from London to the USA, all you have to do is swim!!
Really, it might sound strange, but if you go on Googlemaps and enter details (travelling from London to USA), at one point you are told to swim across the Atlantic Ocean (3462 miles)!

On the issue of environment sustainability, I just found out that last Summer in London (Hyde Park), they launched a Solar Shuttle, designed by Christoph Behling.
