I came across this very interesting website about London while I was there a couple of weeks ago. Informative both for those living there and for people visiting the city. It has the facility to search for places, eg. nearest police station, nearest hospital, nearest parking, etc..It also has live traffic information, where you could even see the CCTV images and Virtual London.
