The countdown starts for the results of my exams..
If they keep the same date as last year, today week I will get my results. I am really dreading going to University to check the results on the noticeboard. I’m against this method of issuing results since in this way, everyone knows how the others did and they end up checking other students’ results and talk behind their back. And in the case of those who failed, even though their name isn’t published but only their ID card, the others will still know that they failed. If I failed any exams, I don’t feel like being surrounded by all those people when I see my results. Why can’t they just send a result slip at home like they did with the O’Levels and A’Levels?
Well I guess they must have a good reason why they don’t send the results at home after all. In any case, for this year it surely won’t change so I’ll have to pluck up the courage, go to University and face my results published on the noticeboard:)

They only publish results on the noticeboard to save money and effort! Why can’t they just send them in an email or sms? Well I guess there’s no need for them to spend money on a new system!
